1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Virtual Try-On (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides AI-powered virtual try-on functionality. After uploading a portrait photo and a garment reference image, the system generates a composite image showing a preview of how the outfit may look when worn. The result is for visual reference only and does not constitute a guarantee of the actual wearing appearance.

3. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Upload images that infringe upon the portrait rights, copyrights, or other legal rights of others
• Upload images containing illegal, pornographic, violent, or hateful content
• Use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Use automated means to make bulk requests to the Service beyond reasonable usage
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code or algorithms of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

The design, code, branding, and other intellectual property of the Service are owned by Virtual Try-On. Intellectual property in the original images you upload belongs to you or the original rights holders. Images generated through the Service are for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not use generated images for commercial purposes without our prior written authorization.

5. Disclaimer

The Service produces AI-generated results that may contain deviations, distortions, or inconsistencies with the actual wearing appearance. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated results. Any risk arising from decisions made based on the Service is borne solely by the user.

6. Usage Limits

To ensure sustainable operation, we impose a daily generation limit per IP address (currently 10 per day). This limit may be adjusted without prior notice.

7. Modification and Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent people's court.
